Processing Times
Because many of our products are handmade or made to order, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. Personalized, large, and wholesale orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the items in your order and the available shipping method.

Delivery Times
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and begin after your order has been processed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us promptly with your order information and photos of any damage so we can help determine the appropriate next step.

Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders may require additional processing time due to the quantity of products being handmade and prepared. Estimated processing and shipping information for wholesale orders will be provided when applicable.
