Products & Handmade Items
Our products are handmade and/or custom-designed. Because handmade items may have slight variations in appearance, color, placement, or finish, these small differences are not considered defects.

Orders & Payment
Payment is required at the time an order is placed. Orders will begin processing after payment has been successfully received.

Personalized Orders
Customers are responsible for providing correct spelling, names, colors, and other personalization information when placing an order. Please carefully review all information before submitting your order. Once production has begun, personalized orders may not be changed or canceled.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, all sales are generally final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact Note Doodle Creations promptly so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be waived.

Shipping
Processing and delivery times are estimates and may vary. Note Doodle Creations is not responsible for carrier delays or other shipping delays outside of our reasonable control.

Wholesale Orders
Wholesale products are intended for approved business or resale purchases where applicable. Wholesale pricing, quantities, processing times, and other requirements may differ from regular retail orders and will be stated with the applicable wholesale offering.

Product Images & Designs
Product photographs, graphics, designs, branding, and other original content belonging to Note Doodle Creations may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission, except as permitted by law.
